Are you a PhD or Masters by Research student at Monash? Join us for a night of nostalgia at the last hurrah of the year!
It’s the last HDR Social Evening of 2023, so we’re going back in time.
That’s why, if you are an HDR student, you should join us at Cinque Lire to debrief, catch up and have a drink or two with some delicious snacks on us!
Our ‘rewind’ themed party is a chance to revisit some of our most-loved eras of years gone by. You can come dressed in your best garb from your favourite decade – whether it’s the roaring ’20s, the swinging ’60s, the neon ’80s or anything in between!
There will be prizes for the best looks, a Rubik’s Cube competition and arcade games throughout the night to ease out of 2023 like it’s 1973.

COVID-Safe Guidelines

When attending an MGA event, remember that:
- Face masks are strongly recommended indoors and outdoors where physical distancing can’t be maintained.
- MGA will have masks available for attendees who request them.
- Physical distancing (1.5 metres) should be observed where possible.
- Practicing good hand and basic hygiene can help to slow the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses
