After Exams Party | 15 November

Social

And that’s a wrap!

Another semester of study has been and gone. All your hard work has finally paid off, which means it’s time to start your winter break with our After Exams Party!

We’ll be celebrating at KAIJU! Beer and Pizza, a converted warehouse space with craft beers, yummy pizza and good vibes.

Even better, it’s conveniently located right next to Huntingdale Station, so it is easy to get there from Clayton or Caulfield!

Tickets are subsidised by the MGA and will include:

  • pizza
  • 2 drink tickets for beers (including some of KAIJU!’s speciality brews), wine and soft drinks
  • games, prizes and FUN!

Date: Friday, 15 November 2024

Time: 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Venue: KAIJU! Beer and Pizza, 27 Hume St, Huntingdale VIC 3166

A few important notes:

  1. Food will be distributed until 8pm. Students who enter the venue after this time are not guaranteed food. So make sure to get there early!
  2. The venue's kitchen also closes at 8pm and you will not be able to purchase your own food after this time.
  3. Your ticket includes 2 drink tickets but you are able to purchase additional food and drinks if you choose to do so. However, we would like to remind students that the MGA encourages responsible drinking practices. All guests of Monash University's graduate students are also the responsibility of the graduate student in attendance.

Bookings will open on Monday, 28 October 11:00am.

Please read our terms and conditions before booking.

Work for the MGA

The MGA employs Monash graduate students to fill the receptionist roles at the Clayton and Caulfield offices. When a vacancy arises we advertise the position through our email newsletter and on our website.

The Monash Graduate Association (MGA) is the representative body for all graduate research and coursework students enrolled at Monash University. So, what sets us apart from the University services? The MGA is an independent, not-for-profit association governed by graduate students, for graduate students. Our primary aim is to be there for you! If you can’t find what you are looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
