Want to work with the MGA? Join our team as a Casual Receptionist

Are you the master of multitasking and the maestro of making people smile? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, all while maintaining an impeccably organised front desk? If yes, we want you to be the newest addition to our fabulous team of graduate students who work with the Monash Graduate Association (MGA).

We are on the hunt for someone with a super friendly demeanour, loves engaging with other graduate students and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Currently, we have five Receptionist positions available.

This position has been created as part of the MGA's graduate employment program. The position is open only to graduate students currently enrolled at Monash University Australia.

Work for the MGA

The MGA employs Monash graduate students to fill the receptionist roles at the Clayton and Caulfield offices. When a vacancy arises we advertise the position through our email newsletter and on our website.

The Monash Graduate Association (MGA) is the representative body for all graduate research and coursework students enrolled at Monash University. So, what sets us apart from the University services? The MGA is an independent, not-for-profit association governed by graduate students, for graduate students. Our primary aim is to be there for you!
