Are you a graduate student who loves connecting with others and bringing events to life? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to have you on board!
We are looking for a friendly and organised Graduate Student Events Assistant to help deliver exciting events for graduate students across multiple campuses. Currently, we have two Events Assistant positions available.
In this casual role (5-10 hours per week), you'll work closely with our Events Officer to support social events like coffee socials, Free Lunch, and Pop Up Grocer - helping to set up, serve, and create a welcoming space for your fellow students.
You may be based at Clayton or Caulfield, with opportunities to assist at other campuses such as Peninsula and Parkville.
What we're looking for:
- A current Monash graduate student familiar with campus life
- Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Bonus: experience running events is a plus!
