Parents’ Catch-Up | Legoland

Calling all parents! Bring the kids and join us for a Parents' Catch-up at LEGOLAND!

MGA is hosting a special Parents’ Catch-Up at Legoland Discovery Centre.Take a break from your studies and connect with other parents while your kids explore the magic of LEGOLAND. This is your time to unwind, chat, and connect with other parents.

Whether you're a seasoned parent or new to the community, this casual meet-up is a great way to build connections, share tips, and make new friends.

This event is exclusively for parents attending with their children. In alignment with LEGOLAND policiesand to ensure the event remains focused on family engagement, entry will only be granted to graduate students accompanied by their child or children. If your child does not attend on the day of the event, you will not be permitted entry.

Please note that ticket(s) purchased only includes your entry to LEGOLAND. Transportation and food/snacks are not provided.

COVID-Safe Guidelines

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last five days or are displaying symptoms associated with COVID-19, we ask that you do not attend the event. Remember to follow all Victorian State Government guidelines and report your positive result on the University’s COVID-19 reporting form.

When attending an MGA event, remember that:

  • Face masks are strongly recommended indoors and outdoors where physical distancing can’t be maintained. 
  • MGA will have masks available for attendees who request them.
  • Physical distancing (1.5 metres) should be observed where possible.
  • Practicing good hand and basic hygiene can help to slow the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses

Work for the MGA

The MGA employs Monash graduate students to fill the receptionist roles at the Clayton and Caulfield offices. When a vacancy arises we advertise the position through our email newsletter and on our website.

The Monash Graduate Association (MGA) is the representative body for all graduate research and coursework students enrolled at Monash University. So, what sets us apart from the University services? The MGA is an independent, not-for-profit association governed by graduate students, for graduate students. Our primary aim is to be there for you!
