AMREP Coffee Social | Every Fortnight

Are you a graduate student based at the Alfred Hospital? If yes, join us for coffee at the New Order Cafe!

Join fellow AMREP graduate students, Jurie and Ebony (who are also MGA staff) for coffee every fortnight (alternating Monday/ Friday)

These socials are a great opportunity to meet people, exchange ideas and network with other grads all while enjoying a free cup of coffee or tea - paid for by the Monash Graduate Association (MGA).

When: Fortnightly on alternating Mondays and Fridays. 

Time: 11:00am to 12:00pm

Venue: New Order Cafe, 12 Commercial Road, Prahran VIC 3181

MGA Health and Wellbeing Guidelines for Events

  • Attend only when well: If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you do not attend the event.
  • Practice good hygiene: Please maintain good hygiene practices. This includes regular hand washing or using the hand sanitiser which will be readily available at the venue.
  • Mask availability: Masks will be available for attendees who request them.

Work for the MGA

The MGA employs Monash graduate students to fill the receptionist roles at the Clayton and Caulfield offices. When a vacancy arises we advertise the position through our email newsletter and on our website.

The Monash Graduate Association (MGA) is the representative body for all graduate research and coursework students enrolled at Monash University. So, what sets us apart from the University services? The MGA is an independent, not-for-profit association governed by graduate students, for graduate students. Our primary aim is to be there for you!
