You can collect your welcome bag from one of the following locations:

During O-Week:

• MGA Village at Clayton campus - visit our Orientation page for times.
• MGA Village at Caulfield campus - visit our Orientation page for times.

During the semester:

• MGA Clayton Office, Level 1, Campus Centre, 21 Chancellors Walk, Monash University VIC 3800
• MGA Caulfield Office, Level 2, Building C, 900 Dandenong Road, Caulfield East VIC 3245

Remember to bring your photo ID and receipt of membership and check our office opening hours before you visit. Please note that all merchandise and physical benefits must be collected within 6 weeks of purchase. Any unclaimed items after this period will be forfeited.

Your membership is valid from the date you sign up until 31 December of the same calendar year. All memberships purchased in a calendar year will expire on 31 December, regardless of the number of days the membership has been held.

Hoodies are available in sizes S (out of stock), M, L, XL AND 2XL.

Once you've purchased your membership, you can visit us at the MGA office at Clayton or Caulfield to collect an MGA Rewards membership sticker to affix to your physical Student ID card.

For those with M-Pass, you can access your membership via our website's account portal's membership section. An MGA Rewards sticker will also be automatically added to your profile in the Monash Study App. Just tap on your M-Pass account and scroll down to 'Membership'.

To claim exclusive discounts and benefits, just show proof of your Rewards membership in store at our participating retailers.

Thanks for wanting to renew your membership! You can renew through our online store for just $10 per year. Each renewal comes with a free coffee voucher and your choice of MGA merch — either a water bottle or a lunchbox. Please note that renewals are only available until the end of Week 2 in Semester 1. After that, you'll need to purchase a new membership for $50.
