I've signed up for a membership. How do I collect my welcome bag?

Firstly, thank you for becoming an MGA Rewards member. Let the deals begin!

 

You can collect your welcome bag from one of the following locations:

During O-Week:

  • MGA Village at the Learning and Teaching Building Lawn, Clayton campus - Monday, 24 February to Thursday, 27 February from 12pm to 3pm
  • MGA Village at Campus Green, Caulfield campus - Monday, 24 February to Wednesday, 26 February from 12pm to 3pm

During the semester:

  • MGA Clayton Office, Level 1, Campus Centre, 21 Chancellors Walk, Monash University VIC 3800
  • MGA Caulfield Office, Level 2, Building C, 900 Dandenong Road, Caulfield East VIC 3245

 

Remember to bring your photo ID and receipt of membership and check our office opening hours before you visit. Please note that all merchandise and physical benefits must be collected within 6 weeks of purchase. Any unclaimed items after this period will be forfeited.

How long does my MGA Rewards membership last?

Your membership is valid from the date you sign up until 31 December of the same calendar year. All memberships purchased in a calendar year will expire on 31 December, regardless of the number of days the membership has been held.

What sizes are available for the hoodie?

Hoodies are available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL AND 2XL.

Can I purchase the MGA Rewards merchandise without a membership?

Not at this stage. However, this may change in the future. Follow us on Instagram for any news and updates!

How do I access store discounts and benefits?

Once you've purchased your membership, you must visit us at the MGA office at Clayton or Caulfield to collect an MGA Rewards membership sticker to affix to your Student ID card.

 

For those with M-Pass, a digital MGA Rewards membership sticker will be automatically updated on your M-Pass within 1-3 business days.

 

Once you have this special MGA Rewards sticker, you will be able to use it in stores to access exclusive discounts and benefits.

Work for the MGA

The MGA employs Monash graduate students to fill the receptionist roles at the Clayton and Caulfield offices. When a vacancy arises we advertise the position through our email newsletter and on our website.

The Monash Graduate Association (MGA) is the representative body for all graduate research and coursework students enrolled at Monash University. So, what sets us apart from the University services? The MGA is an independent, not-for-profit association governed by graduate students, for graduate students. Our primary aim is to be there for you!
