Food Assistance Program for HDR students

A little help for your everyday needs


 

Cost of living is a struggle we're all too familiar with at the MGA. We are giving away 150 Coles digital vouchers valued at $40 each to currently enrolled HDR students.

This program aims to ease financial pressures and help you keep living and eating well.

 

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. If you haven't already, log into our website with your Monash student account via OKTA. You will be asked to accept the terms of a privacy agreement just this one time.
  2. Fill out the form below.
  3. Names will be drawn using a randomised lottery system and successful applicants will be notified via email if they are successful.
  4. Please read our giveaway terms and conditions before proceeding.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • You must be enrolled in a Higher Degree by Research program (PhD or Masters by Research)
  • You may be required to provide additional proof of enrolment to confirm your eligibility
  • There is a limit of one voucher per person
  • Vouchers is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalent value

Applications open: Monday, 13 October 2025 9:00AM AEST

Applications close: Sunday, 2 November 2025 5:00PM AEST

Lottery will be drawn from Wednesday, 5 November onwards.

Successful applicants to be notified by email.
