Mind and Body Studio, Monash Sport, 42 Scenic Boulevard, Clayton Campus

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For weeks 1 and 2 - Yoga classes will be replaced with Body Balance - this class is a motivating blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, focusing on increasing your flexibility and strength. Class times for these will be 5:40pm to 6:25pm. Our regular Yoga classes will resume to its normal schedule from week 3 onwards.

Time to move, stretch and get the blood flowing at our free weekly yoga sessions for graduate students. Classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga and those who want to expand their practice. Bookings are essential as capacity is limited. Remember to bring your mat and a water bottle!
