MGA Yoga at Caulfield

Group Fitness Studio, Monash Sport (Rm 26, Level 1, Building S) Caulfield Campus

Time to move, stretch and get the blood flowing at our free weekly yoga sessions for graduate students. Classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga and those who want to expand their practice. Bookings are essential as capacity is limited.

While we aim to keep schedules consistent, changes may occur depending on instructor availability. Thank you for your understanding!

What to bring:

  • yoga mat
  • towel
  • water bottle
  • appropriate yoga/workout clothes

No mat? No problem! We have 4 mats available for loan on a first-come, first-served basis. Loaned mats can be collected from the yoga room at the start of the session and must be wiped down after use. Wipes are available for use in the yoga room.

Don’t be late! Check-in starts at 4:10, class starts at 4:15 sharp, and doors will close to latecomers at 4:20.

Each class has a strict capacity of 15 students.

MGA HEALTH & WELLBEING GUIDELINES FOR EVENTS

Attend only when well If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you do not attend the event.

Practice good hygeine Please maintain good hygeine practices. This includes regular hand washing or using the hand sanitiser which will be readily available at the venue.

Mask availability Masks will be available for attendees who request them.
