Position Available: Events Officer (Clayton)

Join our team as an Events Officer at our Clayton campus!

The Events Officer is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract position based at Monash University's Clayton campus. Reporting to the Events Manager, you will assist in the delivery of a wide range of graduate student engagement activities, including:

  • Orientation programs

  • Weekly social events

  • Welfare initiatives

  • Academic support workshops

  • Campus engagement activations

You will support the operational planning and on-site delivery of established and recurring events, ensuring they run smoothly and create a welcoming experience for graduate students.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in events coordination, administration or a similar role

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
