Graduate Employment Program
Flexible work, real experience - just for grads
Launched in 2016, the MGA graduate employment program was created to provide, paid casual, on-campus work opportunities for current Monash graduate students.
We recognise that finding a job which fits around an ever-changing university schedule can be difficult. Our graduate employment program recruits current graduate students at the campus or off-campus site where they are based and provides flexible work arrangements to fit their academic studies.
Our graduate employment program includes the following casual positions:
- Receptionists (Clayton and Caulfield)
- Events Assistants (AMREP, SPHPM and MMC)
- Social Media Assistants (Caulfield)
- Research Assistants (Clayton)
- Student Representatives Assistants (Clayton)
- Accounts Payable Officer (Clayton)

The MGA is powered by a dedicated team of 23 professional staff members who work closely with our student-led Executive Committee to bring our events, programs and advocacy service to life.
We operate out of two central offices located on the Clayton and Caulfield campuses, with desks at Parkville and Peninsula -- though you'll often find our team out and about, connecting with graduate students wherever they are.
