Virtual Pop-up Grocer for non-major campuses and online graduate students
A little help for your everyday needs

Can't access our on-campus welfare offerings? We are giving away 200 Coles digital vouchers valued at $40 each to graduate students who haven't been able to access our on-campus welfare initiatives such as free lunches, community markets and pop-up grocers.
Names of graduate students who register their interest will be drawn by a random lottery system. Only one voucher per student is on offer and vouchers will be distributed via email.
This program is strictly for graduate students who are enrolled in a non-majar campus such as Law Chambers, Monash Medical Centre, Alfred Precinct (AMREP).
Before aplying, we urge you to read the information below about eligibility criteria.
This program aims to ease financial pressures and help you keep living and eating well.
HOW TO ENTER:
- If you haven't already, log into our website with your Monash student account via OKTA. You will be asked to accept the terms of a privacy agreement just this one time.
- Fill out the form below.
- Names will be drawn using a randomised lottery system and successful applicants will be notified via email if they are successful.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- You must be a current Monash graduate student (PhD, Masters, Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate).
- You must be currently residing in Australia.
- You must be enrolled in an online degree (Monash Online) OR based at any non-major campus location because of the gradaute degree you are studying. Examples of non-major campus locations include the Law Chambers, the Alfred Precinct (AMREP), School of Public Health St Kilda Road, Monash Medical Centre, Box Hill Hospital, Moe School of Rural Health, Notting Hill, Bendigo, Southbank - Department of Forensic Medicine and peter MacCallum Cancer Institute.
VALID EVIDENCE OF NON-MAJOR CAMPUS ENROLMENT INCLUDES:
- Screenshot/PDF of your enrolment on WES - image/document must show campus, course and student name. For example, if you are based at the Law Chambers, you could submit the relevant section of your enrolment on WED which shows your name and "Campus: MEL-LAWCHM".
- Photo/scan of your medical institution ID.
- A letter from your supervisor stating you are based at a non-major campus location because of your degree.
Your Monash Student ID (M-Pass) does not serve as valid evidence of campus enrolment.
*Important things to note about your proof of enrolment:
- Screenshots must include name. If your WED says that you are enrolled at Clayton but you are based out of a non-major campus location such as the Alfred, MMC or Law Chambers, please say so in a statement or provide your Hospital ID as evidence.
- If you have difficulties accessing this form or proof, please send us an email at mga@monash.edu.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- You may be required to provide additional proof of enrolment to confirm your eligibility.
- There is a limit of one voucher per person.
- Coles digital voucher is only valid within Australia and is not transferable or reedemable for cash.
- Names will be drawn by a random lottery system.
- Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
