Our off-campus trips sell out very quickly, and we’ve heard your feedback that it can be frustrating to have only a short window to secure a ticket. So, for this trip, we’re changing things up!
Instead of tickets being sold on a first-come, first-serve basis, we'll be running a ticket lottery to give everyone an opportunity to register their interest.
HOW IT WORKS
You'll have 7 days to enter the lottery. Everyone who registers during this period will have the same opportunity to be selected. Once registrations close, winners will be randomly selected and contacted directly. Successful students will then receive a link to purchase their ticket.
Important: Registering for the lottery does not guarantee a ticket. Only students who are selected will receive a ticket-purchase link.

We’re heading off for a jam-packed adventure featuring:
🚂 Ride the legendary Puffing Billy train
🌿 Explore stunning coastal scenery at the Nobbies Boardwalk & Seal Rocks
🐧 A magical evening at the world-famous Penguin Parade, where the little penguins waddle ashore at sunset
Your $50 student ticket includes:
🚌 Bus ride to and from all the attractions (from Caulfield and Clayton campuses)
🎟️ Entry tickets to Puffing Billy ($66) and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade ($34)
🍽️ Take away dinner after the Penguin Parade ($30)
That's $130 worth of listed inclusions alone, plus bus transport -- all for just $50!

We're heavily subsidising this trip to make it as affordable as possible for our grad students.
Lunch and snacks will not be provided on this trip so please eat before the trip, and you are welcome to bring your own snacks. Be sure to wear warm clothes! ❄️
