A lot can happen in a year, a month, a week. Whether it’s your friend, family member, colleague, partner, or teammate, the people you care about go through life’s ups and downs every day. While R U OK? Day is our National Day of Action, we encourage you to ask R U OK? any day of the year because a conversation could change a life.
Send your loved ones a postcard! The MGA invites all our graduate students to drop by our pop-up post office and spend a moment connecting with a loved one.
You will be provided up to 2 postcards to send to someone you care about. Once finished (and addressed correctly), the MGA will pay for the postage (including to international destinations) to send the postcards out! 📬 Unfortunately, we’re not able to track all postcards after they have been mailed out.
No bookings required. Light snacks will be provided to fuel your soul and your writing! Mindfulness activities will be provided to help your relax your mind.
Postcards and refreshments are first come, first serve.
