Virtual Yoga | Every Monday

Get your stretch on and join the MGA for virtual yoga every Monday!


Time to move, stretch and get the blood flowing at our weekly yoga sessions for graduate students. These classes are streamed online via Zoom, which means you can do it in the comfort of your own home.

Classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga and those who want to expand their practice.

All you need is a little bit of space, a mat and a water bottle.


We have a new yoga teacher…

Godwin discovered yoga when she was looking for new ways to add some movement to her body. Little did she know she would stumble upon her passion. Beyond just movement, Godwin fell in love with the way that her yoga mat became a sanctuary away from her daily life. She is passionate about sharing her love of yoga, which ignited her desire to start teaching. 


In her non-yoga life, Godwin leads high performance teams to reach their greatest potential. She aims to create a nurturing and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on the individual needs of her students. Godwin’s classes are grounding yet dynamic, encouraging her students to develop a deep connection with themselves.
