How to Get Published

You’re already doing the research, why not find out how to get it published!
Getting published during your PhD can be an extremely rewarding experience, allowing you to gain a wider audience for your research along with some valuable experience of the peer review process.

While not usually a strict PhD requirement, successfully submitting your work to an academic journal could help prepare you for postdoctoral opportunities or other early career roles.

  • How to choose where to publish.
  • How to write a compelling title, draft and cover letter.
  • Manage your manuscript as it moves through review.
