Mio’s bio:
Mio is a registered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience in working with young people, developing and delivering psycho-educational training in the tertiary sector for fourteen years. She is passionate about the positive outcomes achieved through proactive/preventative approaches to mental health and has a strong interest in body-based interventions such as yoga and meditation.
