Stretch it out at the MGA’s free yoga class on Caulfield campus every Tuesday!
It’s time to relax, destress and stretch your body at our free weekly yoga sessions for graduate students based at Caulfield campus.
These classes are suitable for beginners, as well as those who want to expand their yoga repertoire.
Please note:
- You must bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel and water bottle. Monash Sport cannot loan out mats. You may purchase a $20 mat from Monash Sport.
- Check-in starts at 4:05pm. Doors will close at 4.25pm. Those arriving after this time will not be able to participate due to safety reasons.

Time: 4:15pm – 5:00pm

COVID-Safe Guidelines
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last five days or are displaying symptoms associated with COVID-19, we ask that you do not attend the event. Remember to follow all Victorian State Government guidelines and report your positive result on the University’s COVID-19 reporting form.
When attending an MGA event, remember that:
- Face masks are strongly recommended indoors and outdoors where physical distancing can’t be maintained.
- MGA will have masks available for attendees who request them.
- Physical distancing (1.5 metres) should be observed where possible.
- Practicing good hand and basic hygiene can help to slow the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses
