  residency is a must-have for employment? Think again. In this panel sess
 ion\, alumni who&rsquo\;ve successfully launched careers without PR share
  their experiences\, strategies\, and tips. Advisors from Careers &amp\; 
 Employability&nbsp\;will also provide guidance on where to look and how t
 o position yourself to secure a job! Don&#39\;t miss this myth-busting\, 
 opportunity-filled conversation.</p>\n\n<p>This session will start prompt
 ly at 5:05pm with <strong>a welcome by Naish</strong> (Careers &amp\; Emp
 loyability)\, followed by a <strong>1 hour panel discussion (Q&amp\;A)</s
 trong>\, and then a <strong>20 minute talk by Ying from <a href="https://
 www.migrationsupporthub.com.au/" target="_blank">Migration Support Hub</a
 ></strong>. There will be time for <strong>networking over food and drink

 Medical Scientist at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre\, where she works on a
  range of clinical trials. In the past\, she also worked for three years 
 in a diagnostic laboratory in Saudi Arabia. She completed her Bachelor&#3
 9\;s degree at Monash University Malaysia\, and her Masters degree at Mon
 ash University Clayton. In addition to her routine work\, she enjoys trai
 ning both students and new employeers. In her free time\, Maryam enjoys c
 rocheting while watching true crime documentaries.</p>\n\n<p><img alt=""

 p>\n\n<p>Ayushi is a Monash MPH graduate and founder of PHuture Ready\, w
 ho secured her first role before the last semester ended. She brings exte
 nsive experience from remote health environments across the Northern Terr
 itory and Victoria\, navigating the professional landscape without PR. A 
 passionate advocate for graduate employability\, she now focuses on empow
 ering international students to transition into meaningful health careers

 g>KINJAL PATEL</strong></p>\n\n<p>Kinjal Patel is a Data and AI specialis
 t experienced in machine learning\, NLP\, and large language model (LLM) 
 applications. Recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice in AI\, ML\, and Data Sc
 ience\, she combines technical expertise with a strong focus on applied d
 ata science for real-world problem-solving.</p>\n\n<p><img alt="" src="/a

 <p>Kushal Saini has been working as a laboratory technician at a milk com
 pany in Geelong since early 2024. Originally from Patiala in Punjab\, Ind
 ia\, he moved to Melbourne after completing a Bachelor of Biotechnology t
 o pursue a Master of Biomedical and Health Sciences at Monash University\
 , which he completed in December 2023. During his time at Monash\, Kushal
  was actively involved with the Monash Graduate Association\, volunteerin
 g and building strong connections within the community. He has since had 
 a positive and rewarding experience transitioning from student life into

 \n\n<p><strong>ROBERTO TORRES ARECHEDERRA</strong></p>\n\n<p>Roberto is a
  Master of Business graduate\, majoring in Supply Chain Management\, who 
 began his Cleanaway journey through two Monash internship placements duri
 ng his final semesters in 2019. He has since progressed through Procureme
 nt Specialist and Procurement Manager roles to become Senior Procurement 
 Manager\, leading major procurement and supply chain initiatives across C
 leanaway&rsquo\;s Australian operations. Roberto was also involved in the
  LIVE program\, mentoring students from Monash\, RMIT and the University 
 of Melbourne by sharing industry experience and supporting their transiti
