To submit a motion for this ye ar'\;s AGM\, please use this Google Form. Only motions submitted to the MGA by the due date of Thursday\, 14 May 5:00PM w ill be accepted.

The MGA hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year\, where our Executive Committee presents a report on their act ivities over the past year to the graduate student community. The AGM als o provides a platform for graduate students to share their concerns\, ask questions\, and engage in discussions about the MGA and Monash Universit y.

\n\n

All Monash graduate students are welcome to attend.

\n\n< p>Any proposed amendments to the MGA Constitution must be formally submit ted as motions before the meeting. These motions will be reviewed and pub lished on our website two weeks before the AGM.

\n\n

Following the f ormal proceedings\, there will be an informal discussion where graduate s tudents can share their Monash experience or provide feedback to the MGA without needing to submit a formal motion.

\n\n

This year\, the AGM will be held \;online via Zoom.

\n\n

All graduate students in tending to attend the AGM must register their attendance
The last day to register for the AGM is Wednesday< strong>\, 27 \;May at 12:00PM AEST
T he zoom link and relevant documents will be sent to those who have regist ered prior to the commencement of the AGM
