The MGA hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each y ear\, where our Executive Committee presents a report on their activities over the past year to the graduate student community. The AGM also provi des a platform for graduate students to share their concerns\, ask questi ons\, and engage in discussions about the MGA and Monash University.

\ n\n

All Monash graduate students are welcome to attend.

\n\n

Any p roposed amendments to the MGA Constitution must be formally submitted as motions before the meeting. These motions will be reviewed and published on our website two weeks before the AGM.

\n\n

Following the formal p roceedings\, there will be an informal discussion where graduate students can share their Monash experience or provide feedback to the MGA without needing to submit a formal motion.

\n\n

This year\, the AGM will be held \;online via Zoom.

\n\n

IMPORTAN T INFORMATION:

All graduate students intending to attend the AGM must register their attendance
The last day to register for the AGM is Wednesday \, 27 \;May at 12:00PM AEST
The zoom link and relevant documents will be sent to those who have registered pr ior to the commencement of the AGM
