 date. </em></p>\n\n<p>Time to move\, stretch and get the blood flowing at
  our free weekly yoga sessions for graduate students. Classes are suitabl
 e for those who are new to yoga and those who want to expand their practi
 ce. <strong>Bookings are essential as capacity is limited.</strong></p>\n
 \n<p>While we aim to keep schedules consistent\, changes may occur depend
 ing on instructor availability. Thank you for your understanding!</p>\n\n
 <p><strong>What to bring:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n	<li>yoga mat</li>\n	<li>
 towel</li>\n	<li>water bottle</li>\n	<li>appropriate yoga/workout clothes
 </li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>No mat? No problem! We have 4 mats available for loan 
 on a first-come\, first-served basis. Loaned mats can be collected from t
 he yoga room at the start of the session and must be wiped down after use
 . Wipes are available for use in the yoga room.</p>\n\n<p>Don&rsquo\;t be
  late! Check-in starts at 4:10\, class starts at 4:15 sharp\, and doors w
 ill close to latecomers at 4:20.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Each class has a stric
 t capacity of 15 students.</strong></p>\n\n<p>For any questions\, please
