Position Available: Casual Events Assistant

Are you a graduate student who loves connecting with others and bringing events to life? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to have you on board!
We are looking for a friendly and organised Graduate Student Events Assistant to help deliver exciting events for graduate students across multiple campuses.
In this casual role (5-10 hours per week), you'll work closely with our Events Officer to support social events like coffee socials, Free Lunch, and Pop-up Grocer - helping to set up, serve, and create a welcoming space for your fellow students.
You may be based at Clayton or Caulfield, with opportunities to assist at other campuses such as Peninsula and Parkville.
What we're looking for:

A current Monash graduate student familiar with campus life

Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner

Great organisational and time management skills

Bonus: experience running events is a plus!
