Position Available: Advocacy Support Assistant

Want to work with the MGA? We're hiring an Advocacy Support Assistant!

The MGA Advocacy team is looking for a graduate student who is reliable, organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while helping students access support.

In this casual role (5-10 hours per week), you'll work closely with our Advocacy Manager to support our advocacy service through a range of administrative, data-handling, and outreach tasks.

You may be based at Clayton or Caulfield, with opportunities to assist at other campuses such as Peninsula and Parkville.

What we're looking for:

• A current Monash graduate student in any field

• Strong appreciation of privary principles and confidentiality

• Confidence with basic IT tasks such as printing, PDF creation, and file management

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication, organisational and time management skills
