Position Available: Advocacy Case Assistant
Want to work with the MGA? We're hiring an Advocacy Case Assistant!

The MGA Advocacy team is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented graduate student to help support our growing caseload.
In this casual role (10-15 hours per week), you'll work closely with our Advocacy Manager to support our advocacy service. This role provides hands-on experience in student advocacy, case support, and welfare processes.

What we're looking for:

A current Monash graduate student in any field

Strong appreciation of privary principles and confidentiality

Relevant knowledge, training or experience in a support, advisory, or administrative role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand and apply rules, regulations and procedures

Strong interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills

Ability to empathise with students and their challenges
