Position Available: Accounts Payable Officer

The MGA is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team! 

Under the routine supervision of the Financial Analyst, you will handle the outgoing financial transactions of the MGA and maintain records of invoices for payment.

Skills and qualities we value:

  • Current qualification or enrolment in a degree relating to business, finance, or accounting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Excel and database entry skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

You will work under the direction of the HR & Finance Manager. This position is a casual position (5-7 hours per week), and based in the MGA Office, at Clayton campus.

This position has been created as part of the MGA's graduate employment program. The position is open only to graduate students currently enrolled at Monash University Australia.
